when I call Microsoft to change the old account on Xbox, what will they ask?
im 16, but I can download anything I want, so this kind of i cannot download m rated content stupid because im not 18.im part of the Xbox Live update preview (facebook, last.fm, and Twitter) but I can not use the Zune because of my age. I had the same something my friend. They will ask your Xbox serial number and whatever information you have provided during registration to Xbox Live. Then they will tell you there is nothing they can do and the only thing you can do is make a second silver account (which is free) with age over 18 (he do over 21, just in case) and use it only for downloading.
